[吃货探店] 商州老泡馍馆-——商州人泡馍自主品牌

昨日晚间10点左右,本人路过兴商街,饥饿难耐,于是想找个地方填饱肚子,走着走着看到一个招牌亮瞎了我的眼睛

商州老泡馍?从来都是在商县看到以山阳为主店名泡馍馆怎么会有商州老泡馍?所以本人就前去一探究竟!

进了店偶遇两父子在店里用餐,小家伙非常可爱,所以忍不住掏出手机拍下照片

看我进来老板娘就热情招待,两手端着其他客人的泡馍还不忘了和我打招呼,

坐下后,我点了一份泡馍一份凉菜,当我问为啥叫商州老泡馍时,老板道出了缘由。原来他们家以前一直在西安开了个泡馍馆由于当时商州本地人吃者众多,于是就取名商州老泡馍馆来招待商州到西安工作的乡党!聊着聊着,我的餐就好了,看外观,美美的!

由于当时饿,就大口大口的吃了起来,嗯,味道不错!汤味浓香扑鼻,料重味醇,肉烂汤浓,肥而不腻,,香气四溢!就是和别家的味道不一样.当我又多嘴问他家羊肉泡馍做法,老板竟然告诉了我!他们家先将优质的牛羊肉洗切干净,煮时加葱、姜、花椒、八角、茴香、桂皮等佐料煮烂,汤汁备用。馍,是一种白面烤饼,烤饼的面必须是死面,吃时将其掰碎成黄豆般大小放入碗内,然后叫厨师在碗里放一定量的熟肉、原汤,并配以葱末、香菜、黄花菜、黑木耳、料酒、粉丝、盐、味精等调料,单勺制作而成。牛羊肉泡馍的吃法也很独特,有羊肉烩汤(水盆羊肉),即顾客自吃自泡:也有干泡的,即将汤汁完全渗入馍内。吃完馍、肉,碗里的汤也被喝完了。还有一种吃法叫"水围城",即宽汤大煮,把煮熟的馍、肉放在碗中心,四周围以汤汁。这样清汤味鲜,肉烂且香,馍韧入味。如果再佐以辣酱、糖蒜,别有一番风味.听了老板的介绍,我又大口大口的吃了起来.

不一会儿,就觉得肚子饱了,碗太大,再加上凉菜实在吃不下去了。正当我想要放弃时,抬头看到了这个标语

光盘行动,不能浪费!于是就一口气吃了个光盘光碗.
最后我想问一下各位经常吃泡馍的人,为啥吃泡馍要加糖蒜?
